Grenache Gris, an old Catalan grape variety, used mainly for making white wine, has been hijacked by Lucien to make his GG de Lulu. Made with full bunch maceration, this essence of this wine swings between a tannic rosé and a fruity red.
The Muscat de Rivesaltes
100% Muscat Petit Grain, grown on south and east facing hillsides, this Muscat, whilst being very pleasant to drink now, warrants being kept for a number of years. .
The Hip Hop
Made from late harvest red Grenache noir, this is the estate’s whim.
Vinification: full bunch maceration.
Maturing: 10 months in a 15 hl tapered vat.
Tasting notes:
full-bodied, supple but well structured, with spice, prune and caramel notes.
Serving advice: best served at about 18°C, must be carafed, good with red meats in a rich sauce, with cheese or with a caramel desert.
To keep for: 5 to 8 years..

Tasting notes: an intense colour, powerful, concentrated, aromatic, with characteristic aromas of ripe fruits and humus, quite strong with extremely well balanced tannins, will keep well for a long, long time.
Serving advice: best served at 16°C, must be carafed (for aeration), goes well with game or strong cheeses.

Maturing: 6 to 8 months in 228 l barrels previously used 3 to 7 times.
Tasting notes: a golden colour, with salty and oyster shell notes, rich and full of freshness in the mouth (with a lightly acidic end note).
Serving advice: best served at around 12°C, better carafe, serve as an aperitif, with seafood, chicory /endives and asparagus, and ewe’s milk cheeses.
Can be kept for: 1 to 3 years.

Tasting notes: a greenish yellow with aromas of white acacia flowers and citrus, fresh Serving and powerful.
Serving advice: best served at around 12°C, carafing is advised, goes well with scallops, grilled fish, fruit desserts or hard cheeses (e.g. comté).
Can be kept for: 2 to 5 years.

Tasting notes: on the nose pronounced aromas of white flowers and rose petals; in the mouth this wine has a powerful and slightly tannin structure, closer to a red wine; end notes of praline and hazelnut.
Serving advice: best served at around 12°C, carafing advised, goes well with pressed ham, grilled meats, hard cheeses or a chocolate dessert.
